Upon your arrival, our representative will welcome you at the airport. She/he will pick you up from there and drop off to your hotel where you will be staying for a night.
To begin our journey, we will drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu. On the way, we can see beautiful landscapes and rivers. Pokhara is one of most tourist destination in Nepal as it offers many outdoor activities as well as wonderful view of mountains.
We will then drive to Nayapul and trek to Hile. We will walk along the Modi River and reach village of Birethanti. We will trek pass the village and continue along the north side of Bhurungdi Khola (stream). After a steady ascend from there, we will reach the village of Hile. The walk is easy and only takes about 2 hours.
After finishing breakfast, we will begin our journey with a long and steep climb on rock staircases to Ulleri which a large Magar village and from there you will get a stunning views of Annapurna and Hiunchuli. Then we ascend through the forest of oak and Rhododendron and after some time we will reach our destination for the day Ghorepani.
We will hike to Poon Hill before sunrise and view sunrise from there. It is almost 45 minute hike from Ghorepani. The sunrise is absolutely phenomenal with mountains. We can observe the mountain turning into gold from pink during the sunrise. After the sunrise, we will continue our journey and trek to Tadapani. We will go through thick pine and rhododendron (laliguras) forest and climb ridge to reach Deurali and descend to Tadapani village.
After having breakfast, we will continue our journey to base camp. From Tadapani, the trail gets divided into two Ghandruk and Chhomrong. We will continue our journey to Chhomrong. It will descend through dense forest to the suspension bridge over Kimrong River. We will ascend and descend for some time and reach Sinuwa to end our day.
The walk begins with a steep climb through the forest of Rhododendron, oak and bamboo which leads to the village of Kuldhigar. From there we will hike down stone steps and reach Bamboo village. After crossing Dovan, we will reach our destination Himalaya.
It will be our most important day as we will be trekking towards Annapurna Base Camp. We will start our journey walking uphill through thick forest towards Hinko cave and then to Deurali. Then, we hike to Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) Base Camp. After reaching there, we will walk north towards the Annapurna Sanctuary. After approximately 2 hours walk from base camp, we will reach our Annapurna Base Camp where we will have amazing views of Mardi Himal, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Hiunchuli and many other mountains.
We will leave early in the morning after witnessing sunrise view over Annapurna range. We will return to Bamboo village which we walked through in the day 07. In this journey, we will hike past Machhapuchhre Base Camp, Deurali and Dovan. We will walk through oak, bamboo and rhododendron forests on our way.
After breakfast, we will leave for Jhinu Danda. First we will hike towards Kuldighar and then descend to Chhomrong River. On the way, we will cross a suspension bridge over the Chhomrong River. After descending past Taulung, we will finally reach for destination for the day Jhinu Danda.
Today, we will cross few suspension bridges and waterfalls on the way. We will cross the bridge over Modi River and walk past villages. We will ascend up to Landruk and drop down from there to reach our destination Pothana.
After having breakfast, we will leave for Phedi. On the way, we will spot beautiful waterfalls. The path will be very much easy as compared to other days as we will be descending downhill for the most of the time. After reaching Phedi, we will drive to Pokhara to end our day.
On our return journey, we will drive back to Kathmandu. The drive will offer beautiful view of harvest fields as well as roads built around hills and landscapes.
